Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

* Forecast...The river will rise to 15.1 feet tomorrow evening. It
will then fall below flood stage Monday afternoon to 2.0 feet and
begin rising again early Thursday afternoon. It will rise to 2.1
feet early Saturday morning. It will then fall again and remain
below flood stage.
* Impact...At 15.1 feet, a small levee immediately downstream of the
gage is overtopped, flooding agricultural fields.
