Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Rainfall heavier than forecast could cause river levels to rise even

* Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will rise to 21.9 feet this morning and fall 
  below flood stage late this afternoon. It will then rise again to 
  20.7 feet tomorrow morning.
* Impact...At 18.0 feet, From Highway 61 east to Frenchmans Bluff...
   low lying agricultural land is inundated.
* Impact...At 23.0 feet, Considerable agricultural land is flooded 
  between Troy and Moscow Mills.
