* At 557 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Up to three inches of rain has
already fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

NORTHERN RALLS...WESTERN MARION AND NORTHWESTERN PIKE COUNTIES IN
NORTHEASTERN MISSOURI...
At 700 PM CDT, law enforcement reported numerous roads were flooded
in Ralls County, including the intersection of U.S. Highway 61 and
State Highway 19 on the south side of New London and Highway A just
west of New London. Up to five inches of rain has already fallen.
However, more showers and storms will move through with additional
heavy rainfall possible.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other drainage
and low lying areas.
