Southwestern Saint Louis County in east central Missouri...
* Until 115 PM CDT.
* At 1011 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain
have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1 to 2 inches in 1
hour. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in
the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly.

At 1127 AM CDT, local law enforcement reported flash flooding across
the warned area. A number of streets in the Fenton and Valley Park
have standing water or are flooded and water covered. Between 3 and
4 inches of rain have fallen.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.
