* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Northwestern Franklin County in east central Missouri...
  Northeastern Gasconade County in east central Missouri...
  Lincoln County in east central Missouri...
  Southeastern Montgomery County in east central Missouri...
  West Central Saint Charles County in east central Missouri...
  Warren County in east central Missouri...

* Until 745 AM CDT.

* At 148 AM CDT, Local law enforcement and MoDOT reported numerous 
  closed roads because of thunderstorms which have produced between 
  3 and 5 inches across the warned area.  Additional showers and 
  thunderstorms are expected tonight which may produce another 1 
  inch or more rainfall.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Law enforcement reported.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Wentzville, Troy, Warrenton, Wright City, Hermann, New Haven, 
  Elsberry, Moscow Mills, Davis, Marthasville, Jonesburg, Truesdale, 
  Hawk Point, Innsbrook, Eolia, Fountain N' Lakes, Treloar, Flint 
  Hill, Foristell and Berger.

	Cuivre River State Park.

	Interstate 70 in Missouri between exits 183 and 203.

...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 745 AM CDT THIS 
MORNING FOR NORTHWESTERN FRANKLIN, NORTHEASTERN GASCONADE, LINCOLN, 
SOUTHEASTERN MONTGOMERY, WEST CENTRAL SAINT CHARLES AND WARREN 
COUNTIES IN EAST CENTRAL MISSOURI...

At 350 AM CDT, The Missouri Department of Transportation continues 
to report that roads are closed across the area because of the 3 to 
5 inches of rain that fell earlier tonight.  Additional showers and 
thunderstorms will move into the area in the next few hours which 
will bring additional rainfall to the warned area.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
