  conditions. These conditions could lead to road closures and 
  travel delays, including travel along interstate 5 over the 
  Grapevine. In addition, extended exposure to cold and wind could
  be life-threatening.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Another more powerful storm is expected 
  from Wednesday through Friday evening. There is the potential 
  for significant snow accumulations above about 5000 to 6000 
  feet, but models are still struggling to come into better 
  alignment where the heaviest snow will occur.
