SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Areas of northwest to north winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts
  to 45 mph are expected. Isolated gusts to 50 mph are possible. 

* WHERE...Santa Barbara County South Coast and Santa Barbara 
  County Mountains.

* WHEN...From 3 PM this afternoon to 3 AM PDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects and
  make driving difficult, especially for drivers of high profile 
  vehicles. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages
  may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds are expected to be strongest from
  Refugio westward this afternoon into tonight, and in the hills
  near Montecito tonight. Winds will affect travel on Highways
  101, 154 and 192, including the Gaviota and San Marcos Passes.
