* WHAT...Northwest to north 15 to 30 mph with gusts 35 to 45 mph.
  Strongest winds near Gaviota, Refugio, and nearest foothills. 

* WHERE...Santa Barbara County South Coast and Santa Barbara 
  County Mountains.

* WHEN...Until 3 AM PDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects and
  make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles on
  highways 101 and 154. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few 
  power outages may result.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high
