Warning for the following rivers in Illinois...

  Sugar Creek at Milford affecting Iroquois County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

These forecasts are based on observed precipitation as well as 
forecast precipitation 24 hours into the future. Changes to the 
rainfall forecast, or any additional rainfall after 24 hours, may 
cause changes to these river forecasts.

A Flood Warning means water levels above flood stage are imminent or 
may already occurring. Persons along rivers and streams in the 
warned area should take immediate precautions to protect life and 
property.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood

* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage just 
  after midnight tonight to a crest of 18.7 feet early tomorrow 
  afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage Tuesday morning.
* Impact...At 19.0 feet, structures are threatened in southwest 
  Milford.
* Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 18.7 
  feet on 04/07/2017.

  the Sugar Creek at Milford.
* From late tonight to late Monday night.
* At 8:00 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 16.7 feet.
* Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage just 
  after midnight tonight to a crest of 18.5 feet tomorrow morning. 
  It will then fall below flood stage late tomorrow evening.
* Impact...At 18.0 feet, County road 1090N threatened east of the 
  river north of Milford. Recreation fields inundated near the river 
  in southwest Milford. Roadways are threatened at Legion Park in 
  Watseka.
* Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 18.3 
  feet on 09/14/1977.
