...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT SOUTHEASTERN CRAWFORD AND
NORTHWESTERN MEADE COUNTIES...
At 820 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Carefree Town,
moving north at 5 mph.
Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail are possible with this
storm.
Locations impacted include...
Carefree Town, Leavenworth, Alton, Fredonia, Beechwood, Switzer
Crossroads, Sulphur, Pilot Knob, Carefree and Curby.
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
