  of creek.
  At 20.0 feet, Water enter yards of homes downstream of water 
  plant. Parts of the Garrard Park flood.

  - At 11:15 AM EST Monday the stage was 16.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    this afternoon to a crest of 20.3 feet this evening. It will
    then fall below flood stage late tomorrow morning.

* WHEN...Until early tomorrow afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Water floods a few low roads on right bank 
  of creek.
  At 20.0 feet, Water enter yards of homes downstream of water 
  plant. Parts of the Garrard Park flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:15 PM EST Monday the stage was 18.7 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 7:15 PM EST Monday was 18.7 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will rise to 19.1 feet late this
    evening. It will then fall below flood stage tomorrow morning
    to 15.8 feet and begin rising again late tomorrow evening. It
    will rise to 15.9 feet early Wednesday morning. It will then
    fall again and remain below flood stage.
