...SIGNIFICANT WEATHER ADVISORY FOR NORTHERN WHITE PINE AND
SOUTHEASTERN ELKO COUNTIES UNTIL 145 PM PDT...

At 120 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 16
miles east of Lages Junction, moving northwest at 25 mph.

Dime size hail and wind gusts 40 to 50 mph will be possible with this
storm.

The storm is expected to cross US Highway 93A just northeast of 
Lages Junction in Elko county. This storm will remain over mainly 
rural areas of northern White Pine and southeastern Elko Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
