* Flood Warning for
  the Pearl River Near Pearl River.
* From late tonight until further notice.
* At 10:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 13.6 feet.
* Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage late tonight to 
  15.6 feet Thursday evening. It will continue to rise to 16.5 feet 
  Tuesday evening.
* Impact...At 16.0 feet, Lower portions of streets in River Gardens 
  Subdivision will begin to flood. Secondary roads to the river and 
  throughout Honey Island Swamp will remain inundated. Property in 
  the vicinity of the gage is flooded threatening about 20 homes 
  along the left bank. The Bogue Chitto National Wildlife Refuge 
  will be closed to hunting at the 15.5 foot stage.

  the West Hobolochitto Creek Near McNeill.
* From Wednesday afternoon to Friday evening.
* At 9:45 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 6.6 feet.
* Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early 
  Wednesday afternoon to a crest of 19.0 feet early Thursday 
  afternoon.
* Impact...At 17.0 feet, Some roads in the county inundated but 
  passable. Homes in Westchester Subdivision, Picayune will be 
  threatened. Water over a few roads in the city of Picayune will 
  cause traffic problems. School bus traffic may need alternate 
  routes. Beech Street and Westchester Subdivision below the 
  confluence of the east and west branches will be subject to 
  flooding in low places.
* Impact...At 20.0 feet, North Beech Road and Palestine Road in 
  Picayune will be impassable. Several homes will be flooded in 
  vicinity of the stream. Flooding threatens structures along MS 
  Highway 43 near the bridge and fills culverts and ditches along 
  bridge approach.

* Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early 
  Friday morning and continue rising to a crest of 12.0 feet 
  Saturday evening.
* Impact...At 11.0 feet, The access road upstream of the bridge will 
  flood. The river will leave the main channel on the left bank 
  below the bridge flooding woodlands on either side of Louisiana 
  Highway 21.

* Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage 
  Wednesday evening to a crest of 17.0 feet early Thursday afternoon.
* Impact...At 17.0 feet, Moderate flooding in areas near the stream 
  in Picayune. Water will be in garages of several homes between MS 
  Highway 43 and Beech Street bridge. Northwood Drive will be 
  impassable with some homes flooded.
