heavy rain across the warned area. Between 0.5 and 2 inches of
rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1.5 to 3 inches in
45 minutes. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are
possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected
to begin shortly.

rain across the warned area. Between 0.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have
fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of less than an inch 1 are
possible in the warned area. Some flash flooding is ongoing but
heavy rain is ending and streets should begin to drain quickly.
