Central Harrison County in southern Mississippi...
* Until 1215 AM CDT.
* At 929 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain
have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 2 to 4 inches in 1
hour. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in
the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

At 1046 PM CDT, Broadcast media reported apartments flooding on
O'Neal Road in North Gulfport. There have been reports of some road
closures due to flooding. Radar estimate of between 2 and 4 inches
of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches
are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.
