* At 715 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of 
  rain have fallen in less than one hour. Additional rainfall 
  amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash 
  flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is 
already occurring.

At 1002 PM CDT, local law enforcement reported residual street 
flooding from earlier heavy rain across the warned area. Between 4 
and 6 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding was already 
occurring, but is expected to become more minor street flooding and 
ponding in low lying areas after 10:15 pm.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
