sub-zero values with morning lows falling into the negative teens
to even the negative twenties for Monday morning. This combined
with the winds will lead to dangerous wind chill values each
morning through Tuesday. Snow will come in multiple rounds,
centering on Friday and again Sunday with total snow amounts of 3
to 7 inches when all is done.
