* WHAT...Northeast to east winds near 20 knots and seas of 5 to 
  7 feet in the Straits of Florida. 

* WHERE...Straits of Florida, Western Hawk Channel, and the 
  Southeast Gulf Waters including the Dry Tortugas. 

* WHEN...In Effect.

* IMPACTS...A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 20 to
  33 knots, or seas of 7 feet or greater, are expected to produce
  hazardous conditions for small craft. Inexperienced boaters,
  especially those with smaller vessels, should avoid operating in
  these conditions. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

should avoid operating in these conditions.

A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 20 to 33 knots,
or seas of 7 feet or greater, are expected to produce hazardous

...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IS CANCELLED...

We have cancelled the Small Craft Advisory that was in effect for
Hawk Channel and the Straits of Florida from Ocean Reef to Craig 
Key, as well as the Gulf waters. However, Small Craft should 
Exercise Caution for the Hawk Channel, Straits of Florida and 
Gulf waters as northeast to east winds are expected to remain 
sustained between 15 and 20 knots tonight.
