...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of Morovis, Jayuya, 
Ciales, Orocovis, Utuado, and Adjuntas Municipalities through 145 PM 
AST...

At 112 PM AST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Utuado, moving east at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Frequent lightning and winds in excess of 30 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.
