* Until 330 PM AST.

* At 1220 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Rainfall amounts of 2 to 3 
  inches are possible in the warned area. This rainfall along with 
  previous rainfall will result in Flash flooding. Mudslides in 
  areas of steep terrain are possible.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
           producing flash flooding.

           urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.
