* Flash Flood Warning for...
  San Juan in Puerto Rico...

* Until 500 PM AST.

* At 253 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain 
  have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are 
  possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected 
  to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
           producing flash flooding.

  IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
           urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 PM AST THIS 
AFTERNOON FOR SAN JUAN...

At 334 PM AST, Emergency managers have reported a residence in the 
Cupey area affected by floodwaters. Other than that, multiple road 
closures across the municipality due to ponding of water on roadways 
and poorly drained areas.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding.
