  Carolina County in Puerto Rico...
  Rio Grande County in Puerto Rico...

* Until 600 AM AST.

* At 400 AM AST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding 
  is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. 
  Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  San Juan, Canovanas, Carolina, Rio Grande, Trujillo Alto, Santa 
  Barbara, San Isidro, La Dolores and Bartolo.

Additional rainfall of 1 to 2 inches is expected over the area. This 
additional rain will result in minor flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or 
ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

* At 542 AM AST, Doppler radar continued to indicate moderate to 
  locally heavy rain continuing. Emergency managers reported areas 
  of urban flooding due to poor drainage in the municipality of 
  Canovanas.

The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a 
threat. However, water will take time to recede across the local 
roadways this morning; therefore, continue to heed remaining road 
closures.
