...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON EST SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Southwest winds will gust above 40 mph on some ridges,
  with gusts in excess of 50 mph on the highest peaks. Lighter 
  winds are expected in valleys.

* WHERE...Bell, Harlan, Letcher and Pike Counties.

* WHEN...Until noon EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. 
  Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may 
  result.
