east central Knott, southeastern Floyd and southwestern Pike Counties
through 300 PM EDT...
At 227 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Shelby Gap, or 7 miles northwest of Clintwood, moving east at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and half inch hail.
