In southeast Kentucky, Bell, Clay, Floyd, Harlan, Knott, Knox, Leslie, Letcher, Perry, and Pike. * From late tonight through Wednesday evening * A potent cold front will move through the state, bringing heavy rainfall to portions of eastern Kentucky. The heaviest rainfall will occur in areas that were already hard hit this past weekend, and will lead to excessive runoff and an elevated possibility of flash flooding.
