* Until 145 AM EDT.
* At 1118 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain
have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are
possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected
to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

At 108 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported the water is coming
down off the roads and the closed one at East 4th Street will soon
be able to be opened, but caution is urged through the next hour.
