...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of Morehouse, Richland,
southwestern West Carroll and Franklin Parishes through 345 PM CDT...

At 301 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Swartz to 6 miles south of Buckner to near
Enterprise. Movement was northeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.
