At 318 PM CDT, Meteorologists were tracking a strong thunderstorm over Kilmichael, or 12 miles east of Winona, moving south at 15 mph. Dime size hail and winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with this storm. This strong thunderstorm will be near... Poplar Creek around 335 PM CDT.
