.Synopsis...Heavy rainfall event is setting up across the Lower
Mississippi valley including southeast Arkansas, northeast
Louisiana, and north and central Mississippi. Rainfall totals will
range from 1 to 5 inches across the WFO Jackson Hydrologic Service
Area.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

rising to a crest of 18.0 feet by Saturday evening. Additional
heavy rainfall is possible beyond the next 2 days.
