PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Forecast includes rainfall on the ground and 24 hours of additional 
rainfall.

  the Tallahala Creek At Laurel.
* From Thursday afternoon to Saturday morning.
* At 9:45 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 10.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will fall to 9.6 feet and then begin rising 
  this evening. It will then rise above flood stage tomorrow 
  afternoon and will crest at 14.5 feet on Friday morning.
* Impact...At 13.0 feet, Agricultural and lowland flooding is 
  becoming more widespread along and near the creek.
