The National Weather Service in Jackson has issued a

* Flash Flood Watch for portions of northeast Louisiana and 
  Mississippi, including the following areas, in northeast 
  Louisiana, Catahoula, Concordia, Franklin LA, Richland and Tensas. 
  In Mississippi, Adams, Claiborne, Copiah, Forrest, Franklin MS, 
  Jefferson, Jefferson Davis, Lamar, Lawrence, Lincoln and Marion.

* From 7 AM CDT this morning through Wednesday morning

* Thunderstorms with very heavy rainfall rates could move across the 
  watch area today and tonight. Rainfall amounts of two to three 
  inches in a short time may result in flash flooding.

* Flash flooding of low lying areas could result in road closures.
