* Until 230 AM CDT.

* At 1109 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain about to move across the warned area. Flash flooding is 
  expected to begin shortly as
  the thunderstorms move back over the same areas that received 
  flooding rainfall Tuesday.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Doppler radar.

  IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets and underpasses as well as other
           drainage and low lying areas.
