...The National Weather Service in Northern Indiana has issued a 
Flood Warning for the following rivers in Ohio...

  Ottawa River near Kalida affecting Putnam County.

  Auglaize River near Fort Jennings affecting Allen, Paulding and 
  Putnam Counties.

.Heavy rain has occurred over the Maumee basin over the last 24 
hours. Additional heavy rain is forecasted through Thursday which 
will result in some minor flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Never drive vehicles through flooded areas. The water may be too 
deep to allow safe passage. Never allow children to play in or near 
flood waters. Stay tuned to NOAA Weather Radio or local media for 
further statements and updated forecasts.

The National Weather Service in Northern Indiana has issued a

* Flood Warning for
  the Ottawa River near Kalida.
* From Thursday afternoon to Friday morning.
* At 12:30 PM EDT Wednesday the stage was 4.4 feet.
* Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early 
  tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 19.5 feet tomorrow evening. It 
  will then fall below flood stage early Friday morning.
* Impact...At 21.0 feet, Water begins to enter the south part of the 
  village of Kalida. Homes and businesses along Ottawa Street and 
  State Route 115 in south Kalida and Water Street southeast of US 
  224 in Kalida become impacted by flood waters.
* Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 18.7 
  feet on 07/12/2017.

  the Auglaize River near Fort Jennings.
* From Thursday evening to late Saturday evening.
* At 1:15 PM EDT Tuesday the stage was 1.4 feet.
* Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage 
  tomorrow evening to a crest of 14.0 feet Friday morning. It will 
  then fall below flood stage late Friday evening.
* Impact...At 13.0 feet, Minor flooding begins in the northwest Ohio 
  counties of northwest Allen, northeast Van Wert, and southwest 
  Putnam. Farm land nearest the Auglaize river will be affected by 
  flood water.
* Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 16.0 
  feet on 06/19/1945.
