* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this 
  afternoon to a crest of 10.9 feet tomorrow morning. It will then 
  fall below flood stage early Thursday morning.
* Impact...At 11.0 feet, River Road at Bluffton begins to flood. 
  Flood waters isolate the amphitheater at Kehoe Park in Bluffton.
* Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 10.9
