OWEN AND NORTHEASTERN GREENE COUNTIES...

At 442 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Spencer, or 19
miles northwest of Bloomington, moving southeast at 30 mph.

Winds in excess of 30 mph and penny size hail are possible with this
storm.
