...The National Weather Service in Indianapolis IN has issued a 
Flood Warning for the following rivers in Indiana...

  White River at Edwardsport.

...Observed flooding changed to Minor severity and increased in 
duration for the following rivers in Indiana...

  East Fork White River at Seymour.

.Rainfall of up to 2 to 3 inches fell across central Indiana since 
Sunday night. Additional rain of less than half an inch is possible 
through midweek followed by dry conditions into the weekend. 
Flooding along rivers should end by this weekend.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive 
cars through flooded areas.

The National Weather Service in Indianapolis has issued a

* Flood Warning for
  the White River at Edwardsport.
* From Wednesday afternoon to Friday afternoon.
* At 7:00 AM EDT Tuesday /6:00 AM CDT Tuesday/ the stage was 9.3 
  feet.
* Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage 
  tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 15.6 feet Thursday morning. It 
  will then fall below flood stage early Friday morning.
* Impact...At 16.0 feet, Old Vincennes Road and residential property 
  in this area begin to flood.  Flooding of low agricultural fields 
  occurs along portions of the river.

* At 8:45 AM EDT Tuesday the stage was 12.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring.
* Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending 
  at 8:45 AM EDT Tuesday was 12.2 feet.
* Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 4.5 feet Sunday 
  morning.
* Impact...At 12.0 feet, Significant agricultural lands begins to 
  flood.  High water affects some local roads.

.The East Fork White River at Seymour fell below flood stage earlier 
today after cresting least than a quarter foot above flood stage 
around 7 AM this morning.   The river is expected to continue 
falling for the foreseeable future.

* Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 9.9 feet 
  just after midnight tonight.
