...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Indiana...
Illinois...

Driftwood River, White River, Wabash River, East Fork White River, 
 Wildcat Creek

.Flooding has developed along main stem rivers in central Indiana 
due to rainfall of one to well over two inches from Wednesday 
through Thursday. Dry weather through at least Monday will allow 
waters to recede with time. Flooding will end along northern parts 
of the basins by the end of the weekend if not before. Flooding
will continue along lower portions of the White, East Fork White and 
Wabash until the middle of next week.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive 
cars through flooded areas.

* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending 
  at 10:45 AM EDT Saturday was 16.9 feet.
* Forecast...The river will rise to 17.7 feet tomorrow evening. It 
  will then fall below flood stage early Tuesday afternoon to 11.3 
  feet and begin rising again Sunday, March 28. It will rise to 12.4 
  feet Monday, March 29. It will then fall again and remain below 
  flood stage.
* Impact...At 17.5 feet, Some low agricultural fields flood.  
  Backyard flood of cottages a short distance north of U.S. Highway 
  136.  High water blocks land access to at least one residence.

* Until Sunday morning.
* There is no current observed data.
* Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage this 
  evening and continue falling to 4.6 feet Thursday morning.
* Impact...At 12.0 feet, Lowland flooding reported along Sugar Creek 
  and Big Blue River in southern Johnson County in March 2011.  
  Lowland flooding begins along portions of the Driftwood River in 
  northern Bartholomew County.  Water is near CR 950N to Double Y 
  Saddle Club.

* Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.6 feet 
  just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage 
  late Tuesday evening.
* Impact...At 14.0 feet, Lowland flooding is in progress.  High 
  water affects river cabins near North 9th Street.  Low county 
  roads are nearly impassable.  Tapawingo Park in West Lafayette 
  begins to flood.

* Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending 
  at 11:30 AM EDT Saturday was 16.1 feet.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 17.1 feet 
  early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage 
  Wednesday morning.
* Impact...At 17.0 feet, A few mobile homes located downstream of 
  Spencer are isolated because their driveway lanes flood.  County 
  Line Road on north side of river has one foot of water and begins 
  to flood in a second place.  Spencer Public Access extensively 
  floods.  North Moon Road in very rural northwest Monroe County is 
  flooded by the White River.

* Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 18.5 feet 
  early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage 
  Thursday evening.
* Impact...At 18.6 feet, During June 2010 and March 2011 high 
  water...INDOT closed SR 358 between SR 67 at Edwardsport to SR 57 
  at Plainville.  SR 358 floods on the east side of the river 
  between the levees.

  cabins is by boat only.  Levees begin to protect farmland.  
  Extensive flooding of Leaverton Park occurs in Palestine, Illinois.

* Forecast...The river will rise to 18.5 feet tomorrow morning. It 
  will then fall below flood stage early Thursday morning to 9.4 
  feet and begin rising again Sunday, March 28. It will rise to 10.3

* Impact...At 18.0 feet, Montezuma agricultural levee is 
  overtopped.  Fourteen hundred acres of low bottomlands flood.

  feet.
* Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early 
  Monday morning to a crest of 20.3 feet Wednesday evening. It will 
  then fall below flood stage late Friday evening.
* Impact...At 20.0 feet, River is bankfull in all locations.  All 
  oil field production ceases with the exception of pumping units on 
  substructures.  Access to these are by boat only.  Agricultural 
  losses increase dramatically.  Farmers move livestock to higher 
  ground.  City of Mount Carmel leaves flood gates B and C in year 
  round.
