* At 10:00 PM EST Monday the stage was 9.2 feet.
* Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 10.3 feet 
  late this evening. It will then fall below flood stage just after 
  midnight tonight.
* Impact...At 10.5 feet, Lowland flooding along Sugar Creek during 
  March 2011.
* Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 9.2 
  feet on 10/21/1993.
