Driftwood River near Edinburgh 2 SW affecting Bartholomew,
Johnson and Shelby Counties.
White River at Edwardsport affecting Pike, Daviess, Gibson and
Knox Counties.
White River at Hazleton affecting Knox and Gibson Counties.
White River at Spencer affecting Greene, Owen and Monroe Counties.
White River at Newberry affecting Greene, Daviess and Knox
Counties.
White River at Elliston affecting Greene, Daviess and Knox
Counties.
White River at Ravenswood affecting Marion and Morgan Counties.

.Rainfall amounts of an inch or two across central Indiana will
produce minor flooding along area rivers. River flooding will start
today and last through next week and beyond depending on the
location. The flooding will last the longest over southwestern parts
of the Wabash and White rivers.

* At 7:00 AM EST Sunday /6:00 AM CST Sunday/ the stage was 12.7 feet.
* Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage late this
afternoon to 18.8 feet early Thursday morning. It will then fall
below flood stage early Sunday morning to 10.4 feet and begin
rising again Monday, March 08. It will rise to 10.5 feet Monday,
March 08. It will then fall again and remain below flood stage.
* Impact...At 18.6 feet, During June 2010 and March 2011 high
water...INDOT closed SR 358 between SR 67 at Edwardsport to SR 57
at Plainville. SR 358 floods on the east side of the river
between the levees.

tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 16.8 feet Saturday morning. It
will then fall below flood stage Sunday evening.
* Impact...At 16.0 feet, Some agricultural lands underwater. A few
rural roads in Crawford County, Illinois close as water backs up
Minnow Slough. High water affects campground at Leaverton Park in
Palestine. A few private roads near the Gill Township levee in
Sullivan County may flood. Water level is at the top of most
makeshift levees.

* Impact...At 12.0 feet, Lowland flooding reported along Sugar Creek
and Big Blue River in southern Johnson County in March 2011.
Lowland flooding begins along portions of the Driftwood River in
northern Bartholomew County. Water is near CR 950N to Double Y
Saddle Club.

slowly fill.

.Rainfall of 1 to 2 inches fell over the past 36 hours, resulting in
minor flooding along area rivers. Flooding will continue through
next week and beyond depending on the location. Flooding will last
the longest over southwestern parts of the Wabash and White rivers.

Wabash Bottoms, Janssen Tract area may be impassable. Fort
Ouiatenon grounds begin to flood. Flooding at the Grandville
Public Access site.
