...The National Weather Service in Indianapolis IN has issued a 
Flood Warning for the following river in Indiana...

  East Fork White River.

.Rainfall amounts of up to 3 plus inches fell in parts of south 
central Indiana.  This will briefly produce minor flooding on the 
East Fork of the White River near Seymour overnight.  The river is 
expected to crest around 0.4 feet above flood stage and fall below 
flood stage Tuesday morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive 
cars through flooded areas.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the 
dangers of flooding.

The next statement should be issued Tuesday afternoon by around 1215 
PM EST.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...East Fork White River at Seymour.

* WHEN...Until tomorrow evening.

* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Significant agricultural lands begins to 
  flood.  High water affects some local roads.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 6:45 PM EST Monday the stage was 11.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    this evening to a crest of 12.4 feet just after midnight
    tonight. It will then fall below flood stage tomorrow
    morning.
  - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.

  - At 10:45 AM EST Tuesday the stage was 9.3 feet.
  - The river fell bellow flood stage early this morning, and is
    expected to stay below flood stage for the foreseeable
    future.
  - Forecast...Today, it will fall to 7.3 feet, but begin rising
    again just after midnight tonight. It will rise to 8.0 feet
    early Thursday afternoon. It will then fall again and remain
    below flood stage.
