.Recent heavy rains has led to minor flooding developing along Sugar 
Creek near Edinburgh. Minor flooding is expected to continue through 
midday Friday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive 
cars through flooded areas.

* Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending 
  at 9:00 PM EDT Thursday was 10.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 10.3 feet 
  just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage 
  tomorrow morning.
* Impact...At 10.5 feet, Lowland flooding along Sugar Creek during 
  March 2011.
