...The National Weather Service in Indianapolis IN has issued a 
Flood Warning for the following rivers in Indiana...

  Mississinewa River near Ridgeville.

.Rainfall amounts of half an inch to over an inch that fell Friday 
combined with some melting snow to produce runoff and some flooding 
along the Mississinewa River near Ridgeville. Lowland river flooding 
has already developed there and a few hours of moderate flooding is 
possible. The river should fall below flood stage Saturday morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive 
cars through flooded areas.

  the Mississinewa River near Ridgeville.
* From this evening to Saturday morning.
* At 9:00 PM EST Friday the stage was 10.3 feet.
* Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.
* Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending 
  at 9:00 PM EST Friday was 10.3 feet.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 12.2 feet 
  just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage 
  Saturday morning.
* Impact...At 11.5 feet, Water on the shoulder and edge of SR 1 
  south of the junction with SR 28 in western Randolph County.
