  the Mackinaw River near Congerville.
* Until late tomorrow morning.
* At 8:45 PM CDT Monday the stage was 12.9 feet.
* Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late 
  this evening to a crest of 13.2 feet just after midnight tonight. 
  It will then fall below flood stage late tonight.
* Impact...At 10.0 feet, Minor flooding begins to low lying areas 
  near the river.
* Impact...At 11.0 feet, Tyrrell Road, 2 miles northeast of 
  Mackinaw, begins to flood.
* Impact...At 13.0 feet, Widespread agricultural flooding occurs.
