* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending 
  at 5:45 PM CDT Tuesday was 22.9 feet.
* Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage 
  tomorrow morning and continue falling to 10.6 feet Tuesday evening.
* Impact...At 22.0 feet, Water begins to flood agricultural areas 
  near the river.
* Impact...At 23.0 feet, Easterly access road to Seville inundated.
