* At 451 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of 
  rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin 
  shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets and underpasses as well as other
           drainage and low lying areas.

...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1045 AM CDT THIS 
MORNING FOR SOUTHWESTERN MARSHALL, NORTHERN PEORIA, NORTHWESTERN 
WOODFORD AND SOUTHEASTERN STARK COUNTIES...

At 556 AM CDT, local law enforcement reported Route 17 shut down due 
to water over the road. A culvert was also washed out on Route 29, 
which took a vehicle off the roadway. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain 
have fallen. Flash flooding is occurring.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

COUNTIES...

The heavy rain has ended and flooding is no longer expected to pose 
a threat. At 9:45 AM CDT, the Marshall County Highway Department 
reported that Illinois 17 between Lacon and Sparland has re-opened. 
Please continue to heed any remaining road closures.
