At 755 PM CDT, local law enforcement reported that Kickapoo Creek 
has flooded over State Route 10, west of Lincoln. Thunderstorms have 
produced heavy rain across the warned area. Between 4 and 5 inches 
of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin 
shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
         highways, streets and underpasses as well as other
         drainage and low lying areas.
