* Until 200 AM CDT.
* At 1109 PM CDT, law enforcement and the public reported flooding
from the earlier heavy rain. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain fell
earlier.
* Several roads are closed due to flooding in the Mattoon area,
including portions of highways 16, 316, and 45.
Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Mattoon, Humboldt, Lerna, Paradise, Coles County Airport,
Fairgrange and Etna.
The heavy rain has ended, but additional showers and storms are
possible overnight.
