* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late 
  this evening to a crest of 12.6 feet early Thursday morning. It 
  will then fall below flood stage early Thursday morning.
* Impact...At 13 feet, Canal Road near UPS floods with high water 
  along Kemper and Mosteller Roads near the creek.
