Northwestern Fairfield County in central Ohio...
Eastern Franklin County in central Ohio...
Southwestern Licking County in central Ohio...
* Until 300 PM EDT.
* At 1102 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy
rain falling across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of
rain have fallen, particularly in eastern Franklin County around
Blacklick and Havens Corners where automated gauges indicate 2.5
inches of rain has fallen in a little more than an hour. Flash
flooding is expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.

AFTERNOON FOR NORTHWESTERN FAIRFIELD, EASTERN FRANKLIN OH AND
SOUTHWESTERN LICKING COUNTIES IN CENTRAL OHIO...
At 1151 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated that heavy
rain was falling across the warned area. Between 2 and 4.5 inches of
rain have fallen. Areas around Blacklick and Reynoldsburg have
received 4.0 to 4.5 inches of rain in the past two hours. Additional
rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area as
heavy rain continues to develop back to the southwest and move over
these same areas. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding may develop in the next
hour as more torrential rain moves back over some of
these areas.
