Highest waves offshore. * WHERE...Southeast North Carolina coastal waters. * WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to 8 AM EDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft, mainly where waters become more shallow and breaking waves occur where they normally do not.
